1.1. These general terms and conditions of the FUTCARDS online store governs the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract concluded between the seller and another natural or legal person buyer through the seller's online store.
1.2. The company details: FUTCARDS LIMITED, se sídlem No. 5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
1.3. The online store is operated by the seller at the internet address www.futcards.eu, via the website interface.
2.1. The purchase contract is valid, when the order form is confirmed by customer. Goods will be sent out immediately upon receipt of the cards draft confirmation and receipt of the payment to an account maintained by the Erzgebirgssparkasse, account number: IBAN DE72 8705 4000 1595 4880 45, SWIFT WELADED1STB, the account is denominated in EUR.
2.2. Before sending the order to the seller, the buyer is obliged to check and change the data that the buyer has entered in the order, even with regard to the buyer's ability to detect and correct errors made when entering data into the order. The buyer sends the order to the seller by clicking on the „Order confirmation“ button. The data listed in the order they are deemed correct by the seller. Immediately after receiving the order, the Seller will confirm this receipt to the Buyer by e-mail to the Buyer's e-mail address specified in the order.
2.3. The buyer acknowledges that the seller creates an exclusive original, created on the basis of the buyer's order. The buyer has the right to cancel the contract three (3) working days after payment of the order. After this period, the seller is not obliged to accept a request to withdraw from the contract, due to the nature of the selected goods, ie its originality and uniqueness.
3.1. Selected goods can be paid in the following ways:
a) Bank transfer to the seller's account, account number: IBAN DE72 8705 4000 1595 4880 45 , SWIFT WELADED1STB maintained by the Erzgebirgssparkasse, denominated in EUR.
b) Direct transfer payment gateway via PayPal and GoPay web-pay.
3.2. In the case of bank account transfer, the buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price of the goods together with the variable payment symbol.
3.3. Discount vouchers are valid for the period of 6 months and loose automatically their validity on the first use. Discount vouchers are activated once, when the code is entered into the order form. Discount vouchers can be applied only to product discount; discount is not applicable on the cost of delivery.
The buyer acknowledges that each card created on the website is original, so after its production and subsequent sending, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract in the usual way.
The buyer has the opportunity to withdraw within three (3) working days after the creation and payment of the order. After this time period, the order is inserted into the production process and it is no longer possible to cancel the order here, ie withdraw from the purchase contract.
The buyer has the opportunity to claim damage to the goods during transport, ie mechanical damage to the sports card. In this case, the buyer is obliged to report this and send the goods back to the seller at his own expense. In the case of confirmation of the right to make a complaint by the seller, the buyer will receive compensation in the form of credit. The buyer can use this credit to create a new sports card up to the nominal value of the credit used.
The seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the right to compensation for damage to the goods against the buyer's right to a refund of the purchase price in the form of a so-called credit, which can be reused on the website to create a new sports card.
If a free gift is provided to the buyer together with the goods, in case that order cancelation occurs, customer is obliged to return this a free gift back to seller on his own delivery cost.
5.1. The buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery.
5.2. In the event that for reasons on the part of the buyer it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in another way than specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of goods, more accurately, costs associated with another method of delivery.
5.3. Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and in case of any defects immediately notify the carrier. In the case of finding a violation of the packaging indicating unauthorised entry into the shipment, the buyer has privilege to not take over the shipment from the carrier.
6.1. In case of dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us at info@futcards.eu and send goods back to the delivery address of the company.
6.2. The warranty period refers to the applicable laws of the Czech Republic

8.1. The company FUTCARDS undertakes to handle the personal data only for their own purposes, and will not mediate these data to other entities. Customers agree with saving and handling of their cookie files by the system.
9.1. These terms and conditions are valid if the customer buys goods on the www.futcards.eu and these terms and conditions are governed under the Czech law.
